New component to help with recording test process

The release team met on the 29th June to discuss with the deputy of Production Llewellyn Van der Merwe a new component which would replace the current spreadsheet for recording the various tests the team goes through on each release cycle. The team presented their ideas and Llewellyn came up with a working example of how it could work and the second phase of enhancements should the first prove popular.
